Starting this Saturday, I am filling in for one of my great friends and mentors, Wendy Bramlett. I will be her sub and I am honored to do so. She was recently diagnosed with advanced stages of liver cancer. She is an amazing woman and teacher and I am humbled and inspired to sub this class and hold the space. Wendy might at any time call me and decide to teach it. She is a miraculous yogi and is a pool of wellness.
