Wow, it has been a while since I have blogged. So much has been happening. Stephen and I were asked by our teachers to take over management and ownership of their studio, The Yoga Workshop, here in Boulder. We have been busy since July, when they asked us, with all kinds of details to make it a smooth transition. It has been the biggest yoga practice I have ever experienced thus far. Hopefully more on this later.
Practice and all is coming!
