Are you interested in exploring the world of mindful and informed prenatal and postpartum yoga? Our prenatal yoga intensive brings it all together, from intelligent use of asana to childbirth education to the anatomy of the pelvis. The intensive is open to women at any stage in their motherhood journey, as well as to caregivers and yoga instructors who are already working with (or want to work with) the prenatal and postpartum community. Join us for an exploration and celebration of the emergence of mind, body, and spirit.
By bringing midwives, doctors, doulas, nurses, body therapists, and yoga teachers together, students will get an experience of the power of interconnected care. Focusing primarily on the tenets of yoga, our intensive will inspire us to empower all women to listen to the wisdom of their own bodies.
